PGM Pins
Precious metal precision pins manufactured from wire are found in critical applications in the medical and aerospace manufacturing industries. Our PGM pins are manufactured using burr-free abrasive and unique machining technologies that yield products free from end-deformation, distortion, or delamination.
Common materials include platinum, platinum-iridium, palladium, palladium-iridium, and gold. Various radii and lengths are available depending on customer needs. Common dimensions measure 0.0059”(0.149mm) - 0.0625” (1.588mm) in diameter and 0.02”(0.508mm) or greater in length.
