Prince & Izant’s Seamless Flux Delivery System (FDS) uses a filler metal hollow-core wire to completely encapsulate its void-free flux and eliminate the need to manually apply it.  Our FDS system allows for the precise formation of preforms and an exacting flux-to-filler metal ratio for optimal oxidation control. Flux is fully enclosed in a protective, continuous seamless channel and eliminates the problem of flux lost due to flaking, chipping, or otherwise becoming dislodged from coated wires or flux cores. The precise formation of large and small diameter preforms (min. ID ring is 0.187”/4.75mm) is made possible using our seamless tube technology. FDS is labor-saving and safe for employees while creating mechanically sound joints.
