We offer a full line of machining capabilities including but not limited to  Full Acme CNC Screw machining, CNC swiss type screw machining, CNC Milling, turning, boring, and grinding, Stamping, EDM, and Laser cutting.   

We can handle complex build-to-print parts and components with technical design support to identify cost reductions.

  • Stamping range from 05-500 ton requirements working with all material types
  • 3 Wire EDM machines for low volume or prototype work
  • 50 Full Acme CNC screw machining from .200" to over 4" Diameters
  • 6 Vertical Milling centers with 4 axis capability and rigid tapping
  • 2 Horizontal High precision machining centers
  • 5 Centerless grinders
  • 5 coil fed, sliding headstock turning machines
  • 1 five axis CNC tool and cutter grinder
  • 3 three axis CNC reciprocating Tool grinders
  • We also component fabriation and assembly and a full tool and die department for making special equipment


+ COLD HEADING

Cold heading is a process that is used to reduce typical manufacturing costs. This process involves converting a given volume of wire and shaping in a cold forming die.The most typical shapes used are in spheres and disc forms. This type of preform is used in brazing joints of limited access that require a large volume of alloy.
